  • 博士畢業(yè)于上海交通大學(xué),同時于加拿大 University of Calgary 聯(lián)合培養(yǎng),獲致遠榮譽博士學(xué)位,本科畢業(yè)于沈陽藥科大學(xué)。曾在斯坦福大學(xué)、普林斯頓大學(xué)和Arc Institute從事博士后研究工作。自2026年起任中國科學(xué)院分子細胞科學(xué)卓越創(chuàng)新中心(生物化學(xué)與細胞生物學(xué)研究所)研究員,研究組長,博士生導(dǎo)師。

  • 人工智能驅(qū)動的 RNA 免疫調(diào)控與治療設(shè)計
    研究工作:
  • RNA分子及其調(diào)控元件在免疫應(yīng)答和免疫治療中發(fā)揮著關(guān)鍵作用,其序列、結(jié)構(gòu)和翻譯調(diào)控特性直接影響免疫分子的表達水平和功能效應(yīng)。然而,RNA功能的復(fù)雜性以及免疫系統(tǒng)的高度異質(zhì)性,使得RNA免疫治療的設(shè)計長期依賴經(jīng)驗探索,缺乏系統(tǒng)性的設(shè)計原則。

    本課題組聚焦“人工智能驅(qū)動的RNA免疫調(diào)控與治療設(shè)計”,圍繞mRNA、環(huán)狀RNA、自復(fù)制RNA,研究RNA序列-結(jié)構(gòu)-翻譯-免疫效應(yīng)之間的調(diào)控規(guī)律。通過結(jié)合人工智能方法、計算生物學(xué)與免疫學(xué),采用計算分析與實驗驗證相結(jié)合的研究策略,我們將:

    (1)系統(tǒng)解析 RNA 非編碼調(diào)控元件在不同細胞類型和免疫環(huán)境中的功能特性,揭示其對 RNA 翻譯效率、穩(wěn)定性和免疫效應(yīng)的調(diào)控機制。

    (2)開發(fā)人工智能模型,實現(xiàn)RNA調(diào)控元件和免疫分子編碼序列的理性設(shè)計與多目標(biāo)優(yōu)化,提升 RNA 在免疫治療中的表達效率與功能可控性。

    (3)探索RNA在個性化新抗原疫苗、CAR-T等免疫治療模式中的應(yīng)用,研究免疫分子工程化設(shè)計的關(guān)鍵計算原則與方法。

    本課題組致力于發(fā)展兼具 基礎(chǔ)機制研究 與 工程設(shè)計潛力 的交叉研究方向,為RNA免疫治療和精準免疫調(diào)控提供新的理論基礎(chǔ)與技術(shù)手段。歡迎具有生物學(xué)、免疫學(xué)、計算生物學(xué)及人工智能背景的學(xué)生和研究人員加入。
