  • 我們以組織生理病理類器官模型、小鼠模型和臨床腫瘤標(biāo)本的整合分析為基礎(chǔ),運(yùn)用類器官培養(yǎng)技術(shù)、單細(xì)胞多組學(xué)測(cè)序技術(shù)、空間多組學(xué)測(cè)序技術(shù)、細(xì)胞譜系示蹤技術(shù)等分子細(xì)胞生物學(xué)技術(shù)手段,整合生物信息學(xué)分析方法,研究成體干細(xì)胞和腫瘤細(xì)胞命運(yùn)可塑性的分子調(diào)控網(wǎng)絡(luò)和治療抵抗機(jī)理,篩選抗腫瘤新靶點(diǎn),開(kāi)發(fā)新型抗癌藥物,合作開(kāi)展相關(guān)臨床試驗(yàn),延長(zhǎng)腫瘤患者的生存。目前的主要研究?jī)?nèi)容包括:

    1)研究成體干細(xì)胞和腫瘤祖細(xì)胞,尋找維持成體干細(xì)胞多能性的主要調(diào)控基因,并基于此建立并優(yōu)化類器官培養(yǎng)技術(shù)體系;

    2)體外重建不同時(shí)期的腫瘤類器官模型,研究腫瘤細(xì)胞可塑性與腫瘤抗藥性的分子機(jī)理;

    3)建立來(lái)源于中國(guó)癌癥病人的類器官模型庫(kù),進(jìn)行高通量藥物篩選,探尋新的抗腫瘤藥物靶點(diǎn),發(fā)展新型抗癌藥物,合作開(kāi)展相關(guān)臨床試驗(yàn)。
