  •   2005年本科畢業(yè)于復(fù)旦大學(xué),2011年博士畢業(yè)于中科院上海生命科學(xué)院生化細(xì)胞所。2012年以博士后身份先后在西南醫(yī)學(xué)中心(UT Southwestern Medical Center)和克利夫蘭診所(Cleveland Clinic Foundation)Nima Sharifi實(shí)驗(yàn)室從事前列腺癌相關(guān)研究。2012年獲美國國防部DOD PCRP Fellowship; 2015年獲得Prostate Cancer Foundation Young Investigator Award。2016年11月加入中科院上海生科院生化與細(xì)胞所,任研究員、研究組長。

    研究工作:
  •   我國前列腺癌死亡率和發(fā)病率增長迅猛,治愈率顯著低于西方國家,因此針對我國人群的前列腺癌精準(zhǔn)診治相關(guān)研究意義重大。本實(shí)驗(yàn)室致力于開展基于人群隊(duì)列、回答臨床問題的轉(zhuǎn)化研究,解析前列腺癌種族異質(zhì)性的表征和機(jī)制,開發(fā)適用于我國前列腺癌患者的診治新策略,推動(dòng)更精細(xì)的病人分層和個(gè)性化治療策略。實(shí)驗(yàn)室前期發(fā)現(xiàn)了東西方人群藥物代謝的異質(zhì)性,發(fā)現(xiàn)了適用于我國人群的前列腺癌治療新靶點(diǎn)和相應(yīng)先導(dǎo)化合物(Nature,2015&2016;Cell Rep Med,2022a;Nat Commun,2021;Oncogene,2022;PNAS,2025);揭示了疾病進(jìn)展過程中代謝重塑特征,并發(fā)現(xiàn)可用于患者代謝分型的內(nèi)源代謝產(chǎn)物(Cell Rep Med,2022b;Prostate,2022;Clin Can Res,2019);建立組織代謝示蹤系統(tǒng),發(fā)現(xiàn)惡性前列腺癌相關(guān)代謝特征、篩查方式和防治措施(J Clin Invest,2023;JSBMS,2021)?;趯?shí)驗(yàn)室工作發(fā)起的多項(xiàng)臨床研究和藥物開發(fā)正在推進(jìn)中。
